Refund policy

At Twinkima.G, it is our goal to ensure each one of our clients is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer a 14-day return policy for all items in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges are free, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please notify us of your return request via email at Service@twinkimag.com and we will provide you with detailed return instructions. We do not accept any returns without prior notice.

Please Note

Please be observant when trying on bought shoes and make sure you try them on a soft and smooth surface, preferably a soft carpet. If the shoes have marks and scratches on the sole or too visible creases on the upper part they will not be eligible for a return.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchanged or returned.

Discounted items are not eligible for the free return policy. For promotional items, your total refund will be reduced by $50 to cover the shipping cost of the return.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to:

  • Engraved Products
  • Non-standard products
  • Made-To-Order
  • Shoes with signs of wear
  • Items with removed tags

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging without damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged during transport. If the shoe box is damaged we reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee.

If you are unable to receive the package normally, for instance, due to an incorrect address, the courier being unreachable, or failure to cooperate with the customs or tax authorities of your country for clearance, resulting in the package being returned, we will refund you after deducting the logistics cost.
